Springing through these strange times

spring blossom

Spring, it’s the time for change and after recovering from the ‘Beast From The East’ two years ago which saw epic snow and the end of our beloved family Collie dog, I am now cutting the grass amid a riot of blossom, wild garlic and bluebells in the sweltering 25 degree heat…all on my own!

This Winter has been a busy time of developments which are now inching their way to the finish  as materials and labour become scarce. But when we do eventually ease our way out of this confinement I will be ready and waiting to welcome you to back to newly self contained Yurts with kitchens and bathrooms and a woodland wood fired Hot Tub. Exciting things that I look forward to sharing.

In the meanwhile it is important to find all of the positives in this new norma. One of the directories we list with are looking to raise money for the NHS heroes with a Camp out in your garden challenge ( for those of you lucky enough to have a garden!). You can find more information here: THE BIG CAMP OUT

For light hearted camping at home guide have a look here: CAMPING AT HOME

For those looking for a little moment of the beautiful Spring here on the farm do check out our instagram and separate Facebook post for a lovely 2 minute video of the Spring birdsong in the woodland.

Stay safe, Know that we are missing you and that we hope to see you soon.
